Building an Inclusive ESL Classroom: Understanding the Gender Continuum

This presentation discusses the prevalence of identities outside the binary from a variety of perspectives: the feminist perspective, a professional perspective, and, of course, an educational perspective. Using a practice-oriented approach, I break down the specifics of teaching such a topic in a way that both empowers students and informs them of concepts that they may have never encountered before.
